What size should I order?

Does Journe deliver worldwide?

We sure do! We can ship to virtually any address.

How much does delivery cost?

Free Standard shipping is included.  Express Shipping is charged at $20 per order for Australia and New Zealand and $30 per order internationally.

Journe Australia uses Australia Post for items shipped within Australia and to New Zealand. It uses Australia Post's package tracking option for international orders For orders over $500 additional insurance and secure shipping fee can be purchased.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Australia and are usually delivered within 7-10 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. For our curated collection of internationally sourced beachwear cover ups, delivery time can be up to 35 days.

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

How can I track my order?

    When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hello@journeaustralia.com

    Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

      You may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.  Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

      How do I request a return?

      Requesting a return is really easy. We are happy to exchange or refund your swimwear if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Simply email hello@journeaustralia.com so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please note that initial shipping charges for goods returned are not refunded, other than for faulty items. All garments come with a postage paid satchel in the event of a return.

      Do I need to return the whole set?

      If you're exchanging, we just need either the top or the bottom; whichever needs replacing. If you're refunding, we would need to get the full set (top and bottom).

      What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

      We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@journeaustralia.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.

      What is your returns policy?

      Journe accepts returns and exchanges on all our garments. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Journe offers a full refund or an exchange on items. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Although a postage paid reply satchel is included this is not tracked and we have no control over its delivery.  We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Exchanges for full price items received back within 30 days from date of purchase; exchanges of sale items must be received back within 30 days from date of purchase; refunds for full price items must be received back within 30 days from date of purchase; there are no refunds on sale items.
